Every Bride wants to look Radiant and Flawless on their wedding day! It takes time and a lot of effort to have beautiful skin. Start your beauty regiment as young as possible is the best step.I was only a teenage when I started my basic skin care.
a) Must have your basic skin care.
Step 1 - Cleansing. Find a good cleanser that your skin responds well to. Make sure you take off your make up by using a proper make up remover before you cleanse your face. Avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin.
Cleanse your face at least twice daily. Very important to wash your face before you go to bed so skin can breathe easily and regenerates.
My Favorite Cleanser Is: Skin Food Grain Cleansing Foam - It helps to remove sebum and facilitates blood circulation for smoother skin.
As for My Favorite Make up Remover Is:Skin Food Milk Shake Point Make up Remover - Effectively removes make up clean, leaving skin soft and smooth. Moreover, milk is less stimulating and natural and is very suitable for sensitive skin and all skin types.
Step 2 - Exfoliate. Scrubs once a week to remove top layer of dead skin cell that tend to dull your complexion. Find gentle scrub with tiny grains because big grains in cheap scrubs can tear skin and cause more harm than good.
My Favorite Scrubs Is: Skin Food Black Sugar Mask Wash Off - Made from natural ingredient. Fine and soft grains remove keratin, free of stimulation and maintain your skin milky white and soft. Easy to use, apply evenly after cleansing. Avoid eye and mouth area. Gently scrub and wash off with lukewarm water after 10-15 minutes.

My Favorite Moisturizer Is: Skin Food Apple Whitening Emulsion - A whitening effect emulsion infused with arbutin, cucumber and acerola extract to make skin more clear and bright. An effective blend of soft exfoliating and moisturizing ingredients such as apple extract and chamomile elements improves the skin's texture leaving it evenly toned.
Addition to my moisturize step is: Skin Food Tomato Whitening Spot Serum - Lycopene ingredient of tomato extract protects your skin from oxygen free radical and the synergy effect of whitening arbutin and nano- liposomized lumiskin offers an excellent whitening effect to your drab skin. This moist whitening essence is especially for the blemish affected area without sticky feeling.

Next step after moisturize, I apply Eye Cream to my eyelid.It's helps to prevent any dark eye circle or wrinkles in the future.

Step 5 - Apply sunscreen. The number 1 cause of wrinkles is SUN damage. Sunscreen helps you to prevent premature aging and brown spots caused by harmful UV rays. Best to apply sunscreen in the morning before you go out from your house. Apply small portion on face, neck, arms and legs that are vulnerable to the exposure of the ultraviolet rays. Avoid applying near the eye.
My Favorite Sunscreen Is: Skin Food Tomato Sun Care SPF36 PA++ - It contains lycopene rich tomato which can prevent skin aging caused by UV rays and oxygen radical.
b) Face Mask!!!! This is my favorite part of taking care of my skin. I do it at least once week at home. I bought lots of face mask sheets and stored it in the refrigerator because I love the feeling of chilled and cooling effect when I put it on. Face mask is a beauty treatment that I believe everyone should do it. The regular use of face masks can make you look young and radiant.
and also: Skin Food Watermelon Mask Sheet - This ultra care facial mask pack for dry and thirsty skin with watermelon extract. Aloe and lavender extract soothes sensitive and irritated skin. I usually use this mask after spending the day under the sun.
c) The key to beautiful, radiant skin is Drink lots of water as it helps to flush out the toxins. Do drink at least 8 glass water daily.
d) Sleep at least 7-8 hours daily. Your mind and body regenerates while you're asleep. If you have enough sleep you skin will also look fresh and healthy. And no Dark Eye Circle.
e) Exercise and Healthy Diet are a must to achieve your dream skin and body to go with your dream wedding. Try to watch out your food intake and exercise regularly. Try to walk to everywhere and every chance you get. Doing something fun like dancing is also a good exercise. It's help you to lose weight and tone your body. Eat more fruits and vegetables. The best is fresh fruits/vegetable mix juice for breakfast. Stay away from oily food and sugared drinks. Have your meals on time and set a cut off time for your dinner.
