Hit the Floor!

I've recently picked up Beach Ultimate Frisbee, I was actually persuaded to join the sport for some time and always unable to go due to busy schedule. Well, last week I manage to join the game right before a back-to-back shoot. I was wondering what damage could cost me from Ultimate Frisbee before the back-to-back shoot. The result ....OUCH!
