For the next few days I'll be away to the Netherlands for a Wedding shoot. It is my second Wedding Shoot in this oh so beautiful country, while I'm away, Jofanna will be around the Gallery. However on Friday(24th Sept) and Saturday(25th Sept) she will only be in by Appointment only, and Close on Sunday(26th Sept) If you wish to visit JB please make your appointment by calling +6 088 731 349.
While packing my stuff for the trip, I get to know that the Temperature in the Netherlands is quite Cold, at about 13 degrees. I told myself to get ready to face no Sunlight for the next 13 hours, I spend most of my Flight time Watching in-flight movies. Tried to sleep but I remembered, Flight attendants keep givin away food very frequently..now how am I gonna sleep? I have 3 different Currencies in my wallet just in case, and I do believe is better this way.
Shooting abroad is always fun, as you travel for work you get to do a little bit of Street photography while you're at it. But be reminded not to do any Photography near the Red Light District.
We have not update this Blog as regularly as We used to, due to massive work load. Despite the busy Schedule there so many Images that We wanna share with you guys, but looks like We just have to wait a little longer. This Season turns out to be a Great one for us, We didn't expect to be this busy ever since We going Full Time 2 years ago. Our 2010 schedule almost FULL, with only 2 slots left in November 2010.. We Can't wait to Kick off 2011. In Fact We started to have Shoot in November 2011, it was that fast. If there's a pointer on how to get your photographer for your BIG day, We would say that : to Meetup your Favorite 3 Photographers As soon as possible and Hire only the one that you are most Comfortable with. We hired our Wedding Photographer little more than 1 year to go. If you getting married on a Popular Date try to hire your Photographer at least 1 year to go or otherwise 8 months to avoid any disappointment. Image below is the latest Wedding shoot that I covered in Rasa Ria Resort, Tuaran.
a Little Update on our Little Eva Marie, She's turning one very soon and Jofanna keeping herself busy doing her Birthday Party Decor. I think We have not completed the Pinata yet, but it will soon. Lil' Eva has 4 teeths now and she able to walk on her own with minimal support. She starts to talk with herself and head bangin whenever she listen to music. I notice she starts to clap her hands more Whenever the song by WonderGirls come into play. She also learned how to hold her own Milk bottle, *sigh Time flies so fast, I remembered my wife is still pregnant during this time last year. To have her in our lives gave us the opportunity to experience new things everyday.
Lastly, We are proud to finally announce JB Photography Workshop 2010. After much emails and positive responses We've decided to have our 2010 Photography Workshop, November 14th 2010. Registration Open soon (Sept 27th, 2010) more info to come. This Workshop will benefit for beginners and Enthusiast, I'm gonna touch on Back to Basics Portraits and how to get away with it creatively. More info heading your way, and Priority given to our Facebook friends. Unfortunately number of participants are limited, this to ensure a better Hands-on tutorial. well then, Are You Ready?
