Hi, We're JoJ and Jofanna, husband and wife doing house chores while working behind JofannaBridal.Com. We alongside with our NewBorn Princess, Eva Marie live in Sabah(North Borneo), a place that is so tranquil surrounded by Beautiful Beaches and Serene Greenery. This Blog and Website, or we called it BlogSite serves as our Online Diary of just about everything that we do. Every Single Shoot will end up here along with lots of personal photos, from trips, random stuff and of course our precious Daughter.

I'm a Husband, now a Dad too and also a photographer that enjoys shooting Weddings, Families, Portraits and Random projects that catches my eyes, here and all over the World. I Love Coffee, Black Coffee.. there's always something about coffee that starts my day a better day. A Cup of Coffee on my editing desk always keep me going around the clock and that probably explains why I'm always awake in Facebook and Twitter, wait a minute *suddenly realize there's un-finish Album to design.

I come to realize that I Love to shoot Wedding when I first bought my point-and-shoot Camera back in 2006, It was my wife's cousin's wedding and like a little boy I was so hyped up about my brand new toy, it has every preset commands! I can shoot Macro, Portraits, Day/Night Scenery, Sports, it takes video and it has a 2.5" LCD Screen in a Small body. That time I have no idea why their photographer carrying such BIG DSLR Camera to shoot a Wedding especially when it requires to Run alot, wouldn't it be more flexible with just small and Shoot-everything Camera like mine. 3 years later, look at me now, not only I'm carrying a BIG camera but two BIG DSLR cameras, now I finally found my answer.

I love to work out, with my current state it seems impossible to do so, Editing Images, Waiting for Eva to say her first word and Shooting Portraits in the Weekdays to shooting weddings in the weekend. But I found a perfect solution, Running in a Wedding while carrying my gears at almost 10 kg feels like I'm in a Gym again, *Yeah Right.

I again love traveling, meeting new friends and learning new culture, it is something that I can't get tired of, recently I had the opportunity to travel as far as Europe for Wedding Shoot, and can't wait for many other beautiful countries for upcoming years. I couldn't have imagine this at first, ever since I joined WPPI otherwise known as Wedding and Portrait Photographer International based in the USA my dream in becoming a Destination Wedding and Portrait photographer soon became Real, and that explains the number of magnets on our house refrigerator. 

JOFANNA

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife, way back before our Wedding in 2007, I've never met anyone that is so passionate about Wedding, back then I have this "It's just a Wedding" attitude. Boy I was wrong, After going through that moment with my wife so many beautiful expressions from families and friends surrounding you, the tears and laughter makes it indescribable. Then I realize this is one of Life's Beautiful moment and I'm blessed for being part of others while documenting while it happens.

Shortly after our Wedding, I bought my first DSLR and my Wife just graduate from her Make-Up course, and that's how we started a Husband and Wife Team, Make-Up and Photography. Today we have four Part Time Make Up Artiste joining us, Check out their outstanding arts in every end of Pre Wedding or Wedding Day Blog Entry.

Afterwards, I realize my wife has a soft spot for Wedding Dress. There's just some thing about Bride and their Wedding Dress which us Men do not fully understand. Right after you know it, My wife started flipping Bridal Magazine and surfs the Internet, getting inspiration for Wedding Dresses. Here's Something you don't know, We actually custom made all Gowns in the Studio, We made it and sell it at the same time, that explains why some of the Gowns that you've seen previously are no longer there. Here's another, We also Custom made Gowns based on your request!  That's how Jofanna Bridal came about, Me and Wife still do what we does, that is Photography and Make-up, while making gowns as an addition.
